Audio and captions

Caption processing runs locally on your computer. The licence service does not require your audio, video or transcript. If you send project files or logs to support, share only information needed to investigate your issue.

Information used to provide the service

We use purchase email addresses, payment reference identifiers and plan information to deliver and support licences. Activation uses a licence-key hash, a device identifier derived from the installation's public key, activation timestamps and licence status. Network addresses may be processed for service security and rate limiting. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and licence service and may process technical request information. When enabled, Paddle processes checkout, billing and payment information under its privacy notice. We do not receive full payment-card details. Support email is handled using Gmail. Licence delivery email is not enabled yet; this notice will be updated when a delivery provider is configured.

Purpose and retention

We process information to fulfil purchases, maintain activation, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Records are retained while needed for these purposes and applicable accounting or dispute requirements; unnecessary information is deleted or anonymised. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and international processing

This site does not currently add advertising trackers. Hosting and, once enabled, checkout providers may use necessary storage or security technologies. Providers may process information in countries outside Pakistan.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and retention requirements. Deleting information necessary to maintain a licence may affect activation; we will explain this before acting. Rights under applicable privacy laws remain available.
